I’ve been a professional trainer since 1997, working in the UK and Ireland, Australia and now back to Ireland. I have always followed the mantra, ‘the goal is to keep the goal – the goal’. That is to say, whatever goal the client wants and needs has always been the priority.

Below I touch on the who, why and how we train, but in brief, my clients are 40 plus professionals who value their health now and moving into the future years.

Everyone has goals on the spectrum of strength, fitness, moving better and losing weight and I have solutions for each of these. Under safe and professional guidance every client is coached towards their goal and it’s commonplace for everyone to discover how well they can move and achieve greatness in their physical practices. The people I really want to help are those who value learning and understanding how to move better, who understand the importance of being stronger and fitter to support their lifestyle today and going into the future. WHY TRAIN WITH MOVESTRONG?

I believe in simple, smart training. I believe that a healthy life is the result of developing and sustaining strength, fitness, mobility, good nutrition and healthy sleep habits.

At MoveStrong I teach in detail not just how to execute each gym movement properly but why. Everything we do is purposeful and intentional whether it’s during a skill, a strength movement or a challenge section of the training session. It’s safety first folks!

In my first session with Jamie I was having some shoulder troubles (lack of movement and pain). He started through basic body movements and as my problem areas improved I progressed though various and more challenging exercises.  

Jamie has given me a far greater understanding on how my body moves. As a golf professional I have found the benefits have transferred through to my golf, giving me a better feeling of freedom and stability in my swing.
